Processing & Fulfillment
All artworks—including original pieces and prints—are all carefully packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are:
- Complimentary Free USA Shipping: 7–9 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (customs delays may apply)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary.
Shipping Rates
Enjoy Complimentary Free USA Shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available for select promotions or order thresholds.
Packaging
All artworks are securely packaged to ensure safe transit. Larger or delicate pieces may be shipped flat or in custom protective wrapping to preserve their condition.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and or import fees that may apply. Charlotte George LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or taxes associated.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@charlottegeorge.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
