At Charlotte George Art, every piece is created with care, intention, and originality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artworks are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Prints and Merchandise

We accept returns on prints and merchandise (such as accessories, apparel, or home goods) within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email hello@charlottegeorge.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing the issue and confirming the damage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
