Collector services

From Charlotte's Studio to Your Space

Acquiring an artwork should feel as considered as the work itself. Charlotte George provides collector support from initial enquiry through packing, delivery and installation planning.

What to expect

Packing & delivery

Every work is packed by hand in the studio, with materials chosen for the surface and scale of the individual piece. Textured originals are protected so nothing rests against the paint. Dispatch details, carrier and transit time are confirmed for each artwork before it leaves the studio.

International collectors

Charlotte's work is held in private collections internationally. Availability, shipping method and cost vary by destination and by the size of the work, and any customs duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country. The studio will confirm what is possible for your location before you commit to a purchase.

Certificate of authenticity

Original paintings and qualifying limited editions are supplied with signed documentation recording the title, year, medium and dimensions of the work. Where a certificate applies, it is listed in that artwork's specification.

Framing

Works differ: some are finished with painted edges and are ready to hang unframed, others are supplied unframed for a collector's own framer. The presentation of each piece is stated on its artwork page, and the studio can advise on framing approaches that suit the surface.

Private collector support

Before acquiring, collectors are welcome to ask for additional photography, video of a surface in raking light, guidance on scale against a wall, availability of related works from the same series, or a private viewing. Commission enquiries are handled personally by Charlotte.

Frequently asked

How will my artwork be shipped?
Packed by the studio for transit and sent with a tracked service. The exact method is specified per artwork according to size, surface and finish.
Do you ship internationally?
Often, yes — but availability and cost vary by destination and by artwork. Contact the studio with your location and the work you have in mind and we'll confirm.
Is my artwork ready to hang?
It depends on the piece. Presentation is stated on each artwork page; where a work is supplied unframed this is noted there.
Does my artwork include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Originals and qualifying limited editions include signed documentation. The artwork specification confirms this for each work.
Can I ask for more photographs?
Yes. Additional images, detail shots and short video of the surface in natural light can be sent on request.
Can you help me understand scale?
Yes. Send the dimensions of your wall or a photograph of the space and the studio will advise on how a work will sit within it.
What happens if an artwork arrives damaged?
Contact the studio immediately with photographs of the packaging and the work. Each case is handled individually in line with the store's published policies.

The studio's published shipping policy remains the definitive document for delivery terms.
